All products are handmade and rigorously selected and inspected before they are shipped to you. We strive to deliver premium quality and amazing workmanship. Please note: some items may have slight variations and imperfections due to our products' handmade nature. It's our goal at Campus Hammocks for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If for some reason you change your mind, or if a hammock doesn't fit in your space as planned, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. You can ship your item back to us and the item must be received within 21 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise total. Return credits are issued to the original method of payment within 72 hours once the item is received and inspected. *Please take note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not disassemble or modify the product in any way).
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order shortly after placing it, please be aware that a 3% non-refundable transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the payment processing charges that are not reimbursed to us by the payment processor. We appreciate your understanding.
